Pets are beloved members of our families but sadly there comes a time when we must say our goodbyes and let them cross over the Rainbow Bridge where they can remain young & vibrant forever.

Greener Pastures Cemetery

Griffin Pond Animal Shelter provides interment in our Greener Pastures Cemetery. The Greener Pastures Cemetary is located on-site, directly across from the main building in a grassy meadow surrounded by mature trees. Burial fees include a casket and personalized granite marker. Grounds are maintained year round by the shelter.

Cremation Services

On-site private and communal cremation services are available year round. Private cremations are returned to the family within 30 days and include in a decorative wooden urn.

Contact The University of Pennsylvania, School of Veterinary Medicine at 215-898-4556. They offer grief counseling Mondays and Thursdays from 6-8 p.m.  You do not have to face your grief alone.
