Join Luzerne County SPCA for a two-day Pet Expo on Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, March 29 at the Kingston Armory from 10 AM – 6 PM on Saturday & 10 AM – 4 PM on Sunday presented by Subaru of Wyoming Valley.
