Run for the Dogs 4th of July Virtual 5K to benefit Griffin Pond

Now is a better time than ever to stay active, stay connected with others via social media, support local charities, and of course...enjoy a nice run with your four-legged friend!

With the Run for the Dogs Virtual 5k, you can combine your two favorite things: running & your dog! Although we can’t congregate in groups, we can still come together as a virtual community and enjoy fun, fitness, charity, social sharing and walking!

For $25 you can register to take part in the Run for Dogs 5k Virtual Run (or walk) and raise funds for Griffin Pond Animal Shelter.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

-Race Shirt (T-Shirt or Tank)

-Race Bib

-Finisher Medal For You

-Finisher Medal For Your Dog (Say's "I Run For Humans" & attaches to collar)

-Bandanna For Dog

-Results Posted Online

TO JOIN:

-Register for the Run/Walk 5k by July 4th 11:59pm

-Complete a 5K (3.1 miles) run or walk any time in the month of June or July... while observing proper social distancing of course!

-Send us your results on our online form (your confirmation email will include instructions)

-Post your pics on our Facebook page (optional)

WHERE IS THE RACE?:

-This is a Virtual 5k, so we ship your race packet to your front door and you complete your race when and where you choose!

We ship to all 50 states as well as Canada!
